You touched on one of the most annoying things Catholics face (I’m hoping it’s not just me!)— Christians who refuse to call themselves Protestant, and say they don’t need a church or religion, just follow Jesus. With these folks, it’s worse than there being 50,000+ Christian denominations, there are as many as there are people “practicing” Christianity (and just reading a Book and interpreting it any way they want to do so.)
